All orders are sent tracked via Royal mail
All parcels will require a signature upon delivery, therefore please ensure you enter an address where someone will be available to sign for your purchase.
All hats & headpieces are packaged securely in boxes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are sure you will be happy with your purchase, however, if you are dissatisfied we do accept returns with 14 days. Please note this is not inclusive of hats as they are custom made per order, only exchanges will be accepted not refunds.
All items must be returned unworn and undamaged.
Please email us at email@example.com stating full reasons for return.
We will provide you with the return address details and arrange for your refund to be actioned.
Customers are responsible for all return postage unless the item is faulty.
